Our Story

SkillPro Learning began as a small training initiative in Berlin when founders Dr. Markus Weber and Elena Schmidt identified a critical gap in the corporate learning landscape: companies needed flexible, high-quality training solutions without the administrative burden of complex registration systems and lengthy procurement processes.

What started as a pilot program with three local technology companies quickly evolved into a comprehensive learning platform serving businesses across Germany. Our breakthrough came in 2017 when we pioneered our streamlined "register-free" approach, allowing employees to begin learning immediately without administrative friction.

Today, SkillPro Learning partners with over 250 companies across Germany, from emerging startups to established corporations, delivering specialized training content that addresses the unique challenges of the modern workplace. Our team has grown from two passionate founders to a diverse group of 28 learning specialists, instructional designers, and industry experts committed to transforming how companies approach professional development.
